Get your Scuba Diver Certification on Koh Tao

For those who don’t have enough time to complete the Open Water course, but still would like to dive on Koh Tao, the Scuba Diver course is a very good option. The PADI Scuba Diver Certification can be obtained in only one or two days. This scuba diving course will certify you to dive under the supervision of a professional to a depth of 12 meters!

During this diving course, you will learn to dive and cover a little over half of the PADI Open Water course. You will learn some exciting skills and some dive theory. Once certified as a PADI Scuba Diver, you can upgrade your scuba diver certification to the full PADI Open Water certification at any time later on.

PADI Scuba Divers are qualified to:

Dive within their limits, their training and experience under the direct supervision of a Divemaster, an Assistant Instructor or a PADI Instructor whilst applying the knowledge and skills that they have learnt on the course.
Under supervision, plan, carry out and log no-decompression dives in open water under conditions for which they have been trained and according to their experience, only with adequate equipment and accompanied by a qualfied Divemaster, an Assistant Instructor or an Instructor.
Continue their dive training by completing the PADI Open Water course and other speciality courses such as the Project AWARE and Equipment Specialist.
